Every home, person, and situation is different so the prices will vary depending on the type of service and the size of the project or home.

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Grand Blanc, Mi, but service over 50 different cities within a 65 mile radius of our base. If you are still unsure if we service your area, contact us and ask!

Do you bring your own supplies?
Absolutely — we provide all cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, we’re happy to use your products instead.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Not at all! Most of our clients provide a way for us to enter (like a key or code) and return to a fresh, clean space later.

Do you handle hoarding situations?
Yes, we do — with compassion and respect. We understand that clutter can be emotional, and we approach every situation with care and zero judgment.

What kind of repair work do you do?
We can handle most small and medium home repairs, both indoors and outdoors. If something requires specialized work, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted, licensed contractors.

How do I pay for my service?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, or Cashapp. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made.

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Life happens — we just appreciate the heads-up!

Do you offer discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes! For bi-weekly clients, our loyalty program rewards you with a free add-on after every 10th service (we have adorable punch cards and everything!😍) , and we often have seasonal specials or client-exclusive discounts. In addition to that, we have a referral incentive program that gives you 20% off of a service for every good referral you send to us!
